WEEKEND LOOK: EBULLICIÓN INTERNA - INTERNAL BOILING -LOOK DEL FIN DE SEMANA

Ansiado viernes, todo llega!!


Esta semana, fue ecléctica, el mundial de fútbol, lluvia, idas, venidas, muy poco tiempo, mucho cansancio, ( en el gimnasio,  cada vez puedo hacer menos...)muchas cosas para hacer y bastante ansiedad...

Es curioso, como el cuerpo, demuestra nuestra interna ebullición, dedos inquietos,  mucho apetito, falta de concentración y hasta desesperación por ver avances en los proyectos. ¿ Les suele pasar??

Sé que no tengo que hacerme problema por temas menores, o preocuparme--uno de los principios del Reiki....( "sólo por hoy no te preocupes") , pero me toma trabajo.

Mañana, si o si, tomaré riendas a todas las cosas que me molestan mis pensamientos; a relajarme este fin de semana

• Y hablando de Weekend look, hoy, elegí mi abrigo negro, que hace las veces de sweater y de abrigo final, 
• dos camisetas, para dar algo de color, 
• botas, 
• jeans oscuros, y una
• bufanda kilométrica que me regaló mi mamá.

Longed Friday, all arrive!

This week was eclectic, world football, rain, comings, goings, very little time, very tired, (in the gym whenever I can do less ...) many things to do and quite anxious ...

it´s Funny, how the body, demonstrates our internal boiling, restless fingers, very hungry, poor and even desperation concetración see progress on projects. Do you usually spend?

I know , i shoudn´t make problem, for minor issues, or worry - one of the principles of Reiki .... (just for today do not worry), but it takes work.

Tomorrow, I'll take all the reins to peeve my thoughts and relax a bit this weekend
Speaking of Weekend look today, 

• I chose my black coat, which serves as the final coat and sweater, 
• two shirts, to give some color, 
• boots, 
• dark jeans, and a 
• kilometer-long scarf that my mom gave me.

WEEKEND LOOK: DE SOPAS Y DISCOTECAS-LOOK DEL FIN DE SEMANA- SOUPS & DISCO

Cuando tenía 15 años, ansiaba terriblemente ir a bailar con mis amigas...¿quién quería quedarse un sábado, aburrida mirando VHS?? jajajaja...(bueno, a veces me quedaba, si....)

El plan era, siempre que se podía; salir.

La vida pasaba afuera, el frío no era una barrera para la diversión y las largas filas en la vereda

( con avalanchas humanas incluídas) eran solamente el pasaporte a un paraíso: entrar finalmente al "boliche" (discoteca-pub)

Pasados unos ...unos cuántos sábados y viernes, también, las salidas se hacían una necesidad, la vida cambiaba, había que pensar en estudiar una carrera (¿?) encontrar un primer empleo y unos 12000 etcéteras que eran bien olvidados tomando cerveza y riendo, en cualquier abarrocado "barcito" local.

Aunque se fueron esos años, y ( a veces , lo repetiría) pienso, en lo agradable que es:

 no tener que andar subida a tacos, haciendo filas, perteneciendo a tribus urbanas, no escuchando  de lo que te hablan mientras los parlantes explotan de fondo, asintiendo con la cabeza ---porque no entendiste nada---Luces estroboscópicas -tan molestas!!!, y música mucha música!!!horas de tabaco, humos, calores, fríos, besos regalados y largas esperas de taxis a las 5, 6 am...

Eso no era Vida!!! (pero cómo se disfrutaba!!)

Y como haciendo un paralelismo de este relato, me veo hoy, (several years later, jajaja) 

un poco, poquito más grande...treinta y ...¿cuántos? y pienso en lo delicioso que es tomar una sopita calentita, (si es en la cama, mejor) mirar tele, o mejor una comedia, algún chocolate que quiera posarse en mi boca, puede ser aún mejor...tranquilidad...¡¡¡envenjecí o crecí??!!!!

es Igual...hay un momento para cada cosa, y hoy, pasarla bien, tiene otro sabor, pero las risas de esas anécdotas, no tienen fin y resuenan en mi casa, mientras recordamos los "sacrificios" de ser adolescentes.

Hoy:

• anorak-campera color baige
• cardigan marrón claro
• jeans
• camiseta azul
• camisa con print
• y botitas de gamuza 

today: 

• baige-colored anorak jacket 
• light brown cardigan 
• jeans 
• blue shirt 
• shirt with print 
• and suede booties

When I was 15 years old, terribly anxious to meet with my friends ... who wanted to stay on a Saturday, looking bored VHS? lol ... (well, I was sometimes, if ....)

Years passed, and they think, how nice it is not having to walk blocks rise to, making rows, belonging to urban tribes, not listening to what they talk about you as speakers exploit background, nodding --- because you did not understand anything --- strobe-lights so annoying!, and music, lots of music! hours snuff, smoke, heat, cold, kisses gifted and long waits for taxis at 5, 6:00 a.m. ...

And making a parallel of this story, I am today (several years later, lol)

a little, little bit bigger ... thirty ... how many? and think about how delicious it is to take a warm soup, (if you are in bed, the better) watch TV, or rather a comedy, you want some chocolate land in my mouth, can be even better ... quiet ...I did grow old or grew up?!!

Like ... there is a time for everything, and today, have fun, have a different flavor, but the laughter of those anecdotes, no end and resonate in my house, while  weremembering the "sacrifices" of being teenagers.

WEEKEND LOOK: DEMASIADA INFORMACIÓN-

Te encuentras con una amiga, te dice que ella lo escuchó por ahi.
Luego, lo piensas, lo googleas, te informas...lo absorbes...lo aceptas.
Mas tarde, te cruzas con un viejo amigo, le comentas eso, Él te recomienda leer tal artículo, lo lees, lo analizas, lo comparas, lo aceptas nuevamente.










Pasan unos días y como quien no quiere la cosa, invitas a la conversación a tu madre , te responde otro concepto, refutando las anteriores teorías...finalmente, también lo aceptas.
Una noche, te vas a dormir, pero tu cabeza sigue ON, y piensas y piensas, y re piensas lo que te dijeron, leiste, escuchaste, refutaste, negaste, creíste, cambiaste y varias veces aceptaste, (aunque fuera a regañadientes...)

¿tu disco rígido va a explotar, verdad??

Les ha pasado alguna vez, no saber si las decisiones que uno elige o las direcciones que toma estarán bien,  ver que esos conceptos son invalidados tras leer un artículo en una revista y mas tarde, darse cuenta, que no se puede con tanta info....???? 

No es , acaso, contradictorio escuchar todas las voces????

Parece imposible, y creo que parte de la respuesta es oír nuestra intuición...ella nos guiará...pero mientras llega, ¡¡¡madre mía!! demasiada información!!

You are with a friend, she tells you that she heard that out there.
Then you think about what you want in the web - , you inform ... you absorb ... you accept it .
Later, you come across with  an old friend, will you comment that, he recommends you read this article, read it, analyze it , compare it ,and you  accept it again.
A few days pass and  ,you  invite to this conversation your mother. She will respond with another concept , refuting previous theories ... finally you accept it too.
One night you go to sleep , but you still ON in your head , and think and think and re think what they had told you , you read , hear , refused , believed , and changed several times , and once a again you accepted ( albeit reluctantly .. . )

It´s your  hard disc gonna exploit ?

They did this happen , ever , not knowing if the decisions one chooses or addresses takes will be well , see that these concepts are invalidated after reading an article in a magazine and later , realize that you can not so info .... ? ? ? ? Is it not contradictory to hear all the voices ? ?

It seems impossible, and I think part of the answer is ... she hear our intuition guide us ... but while we wait ,oh boy ! too much information !

WEEKEND LOOK: ABRIGADISIM@S EN PRE INVIERNO - LOOK DEL FIN DE SEMANA

Qué rápido me pasó la semana!!les cuento, que el frío se vino con todo, y por un lado es lindo para hacer cosas "adentro" pero siempre me da penita, por las personas que no tienen un lugar decente en donde vivir. Uno no se de cuenta de eso...pero hay que se agradecidísimo por eso.

En fin...qué les puedo contar? Fue una semana con muchas cosas, entre ellas, buscar el resto de las ropas de abrigo, jajaja...se vino con todo el pre-invierno!! 

Mi look del fin de semana, es muy sencillo, pero práctico, 

• jeans negros o pantalones de gabardina,
•  botas cortas 
• y un jersey, color off -white, o tiza...

más abrigadito, no puede ser!!!

What I quickly spent the week!

tell you that the cold came with everything, and one hand is nice to do things "inside" but it always gives me little pain, for the people who do not have a decent place to live. One does not notice that ... but we must be very grateful for that.

Anyway ... what can I tell you? It was a week with many things, including looking the other warm clothes, lol ... it came with all the pre-winter!

Myweekend look is very simple, but practical, black jeans or coat, short boots and a sweater, color off-white or chalk ...

more abrigadito can not be!

WEEKEND LOOK: ¿POR QUÉ SIEMPRE ESTAMOS HACIENDO PLANES??-LOOK DEL FIN DE SEMANA: ALWAYS MAKING PLANS

¿Por qué será, que todo el tiempo estamos inventando cosas para hacer???   Si después no podemos con todo!!Supongo que en parte, es porque es un desafío y porque sino, la vida sería aburrida...-- según Madre Teresa de Calcuta: "La mayor satisfacción, el deber cumplido" 

Esta semana decidí, marcar en el calendario super grande de la cocina, las tareas de estos días, la verdad es que me funcionó genial...

ordenar las ideas es el 1er paso para llegar a una meta, sea grande o pequeña, pintar toda la casa, ordenar el armario, armar una fiesta, buscar un gimansio cerca de casa...

***Después intenté que mi niña deje los pañales, la verdad es que fue un fiasco, 

no ayuda el clima y creo que todavía es "chiquita" (pequeña) y yo...no tengo un máster en paciencia----:( lo intentaré en verano...

***También,  retomé mi trabajo de cosmetóloga , que mucha satisfacción me da.Estoy re contenta!

Como todas las cosas, requiere perseverancia y bajas expectativas, así mantenemos la mente fría para no caen en decepción, si algo no salió como esperábamos.

Hablando del  Weekend Look de esta semana, personalmente, me gusta mucho...

porque tiene este 

• cardigan-capa gris, es abrigado pero no en exceso , lo uso mucho porque todavía no hay frío invernal.
• botas cortas, 
• jean blanco
• camiseta con print geométrico
• y un foulard de estilo étnico.

En conclusión, tengo ganas de reírme un poco con amigos y familia y descansar la mente;  ya que al cuerpo le viene genial un poco de movimiento,así, mientras tanto, pierdo algunos kilitos., jajaja--- (ya ves! otra vez estoy con planes nuevos para hacer...)

I guess in part, is because it is a challenge and because otherwise life would be boring ...

This week I decided I dial in super large kitchen calendar , tasks these days , the truth is that it worked great ...
Then I tried to let my child diapers , the truth is it was a fiasco ,
climate does not help and I think it's still " chiquita" ( small ) and ... I have a Master ---- patience : (

The good thing is that I resumed my work as a cosmetologist , which gives me great satisfaction . Although , like all things , requires perseverance and optimism, continuously .

Dear , personally , I really like  this   Look  Weekend , ...

• because I have this gray cardigan -coat is warm but not too much , I use it a lot because there is still no winter cold.
• short boots ,
• white jean
• shirt with geometric print
• and ethnic style scarf .

In conclusion , I want to laugh a bit with friends and family and relax the mind ... the body it comes some great movement , so in the meantime , I lose a few pounds . , Lol
Here I am,  making plans again !!

WEEKEND LOOK : UN TIEMPO PARA NOSOTRAS - LOOK DEL FIN DE SEMANA

Hola!!! es curioso, pero tengo más tiempo para escribir los post en la semana, que en los días que hay feriados, puentes y horas libres...

 estos días así, son un alivio en varios sentidos, aprovecho para hacer cosas que voy dejando pendiente de la semana, y me pongo al día con la familia, o los amigos--- y conmigo misma, claro... un ratito para pintarse las uñas, ponerse alguna mascarilla o jugar un poco con la ropa...Es tan saludable, tener un TIEMPO PARA NOSOTRAS!!

well these days, are a relief in many ways,  take the opportunity to do things that will leave pending the week, and I get a day with the family, or friend --- and myself, of course ... for a little while of nail polish, put on some masks or play around with clothes

como verán, el frío va y viene, hoy, medias oscuras o leggins con botitas marrones cortas., le sumé una blusa de Kiabi,(que pocas veces usé, ya que la compré online y no resultó lo que esperaba) un poco oscura, pero que animé con un cardigan salmón; la falda es liviana, ya la concen, negra, y un bolso rojo divino!

you see, the cold comes and goes dark tights or leggings with short brown boots today., I added up blouse Kiabi (rarely used since I bought it online and it was not what I expected) a little dark but encouraged with a salmon cardigan; skirt is light, and concentrated, black, and a divine red bag!

como sea que lo vivamos, siempre será la antesala al descanso, a la pausa o a la revolución de poder hacer todo eso que postergamos en la semana.

Hoy, un conjunto , muy de  mi estilo, bien casual, cómodo como para salir de compras, llevar a los chicos a la plaza. Los taquitos, los dejamos para las noches de alboroto.
Incluso, este conjunto, quitándole el abrigo, puede servir para los primeros días de primavera, que comparten las mismas temperaturas

Good Friday, Holy Friday ... Dates to think (yesterday I was bad) and to share with our affections. For others, it's a Friday, a Friday either ... what ever you you live it, Fridays will always be the prelude to the break, pause or revolution to do ,all that things we put off ,along the week. Today, a set, my style very well casual, comfortable to go shopping, take the kids to the square. The heels , we leave for the fussy nights . 

This outfit,  can be used  in springtime too, because we share the same temperatures at this time of the year.

WEEKEND LOOK: AMANDO EL GRIS (Y UN POCO DE ROJO)- CURRENTLY LOVING: GREY (AND A BIT OF RED)

L@s que me conocen un poquito, saben que el gris, es un color preferido  SIEMPRE!, (bien de uniforme escolar) claro que como color, me gusta el turquesa...



Those who know me a little, know that gray is ALWAYS preferred color! (school uniform) Clearly, as color, I like the turquoise ...

Ya habrán visto que mi

• camiseta de rayas, termina siendo un comodín, porque levanta muchisimo el conjunto, y hasta pasa desapercibida.

(tendría que conseguir algún otro modelo de rayas... no?)

• Dos collares dorados con algo de negro, 
• un blazer suave Gris perla, 
• unos jeans (que ajusté con mi técnica DIY , jajaja mirala aquí) 
• y mis toques de color, con ballerinas rojas y 
• un bolso de felpa de un rojo más apagado.

You will have seen that my 

• striped shirt, ends up being a joker, because it raises a lot the whole, and even go unnoticed. 

(I should get some other pattern of stripes ... no?) 

• Two gold necklaces with some black, 
• a soft pearl gray blazer, 
• jeans (I adjusted my technique with DIY, look here lol) 
• and my touches of color, with red and ballerinas 
• plush bag duller red.

Un conjunto fácil de armar, con básicos, como suelo usar...lista para el trote del fin de semana y aprovechando que todavía no hace frío todos los días, sino que refresca cuando se le antoja...;)

WEEKENDO LOOK : SWEETY PIE & AND ANNIVERSARY - LOOK DEL FIN DE SEMANA

 Sweety Pie, algo así como "dulce pastelito" o "dulzura total"... y...miles de acepciones más, seguramente.

Cada vez que veo esta blusa, con sus moñitos (lazos) y ese cuello muy años 60´s, me invita a usarla seguido, porque el print es pequeño, y aniñado, lo que la hace muy graciosa a la hora de combinarla con otras prendas; tal vez por eso el título del post de hoy.




Sweety Pie, something like "sweet pastry" or overall sweetness ... well ... many more meanings, surely. 
Every time I see this blouse with its (ties) and that neck very 60's, invites me to use it often, because the print is small and childish, making it very funny when combined with other garments; maybe that's why the title of today's post. 


En este caso, como todavía no hace mucho frío (nada, bah...)la acompañé con :

• este cardigan salmón, que adoro y 
• un nuevo complemento: un hermoso bolso de fieltro de  Bissú, regalo de mis suegros, (made in Spain!) me encanta!! es suave y practiquísimo, ya lo adoro, estaba esperando que viniera el clima otoñal para poder usarlo

• In this case, isn´t cold yet  (none, bah ...) I accompanied with this salmon cardigan, 
• which I love and a new accessory: a beautiful felt bag Bissu gift from my in-laws, (made in Spain! ) I love it! is soft and highly practical, and I love it, I was hoping that the autumn weather vieniera to use it!

WEEKEND LOOK: DE PARTÍCULAS Y OTRAS COSAS --LOOK DEL FIN DE SEMANA

Viernes!
El dia preferido por todos, ha llegado!!
No sé qué planes tienen ustedes...pero el mío debería incluir un poco de ocio, esparcimiento, diversión y descanso!


Hoy, tengo una buena razón para divertirme y estar contenta...finalmente estoy ganando la batalla a una horrible alergia que me persigue hace años...
por fin las cosas insignificantes , tamaño partículas, ya no me afectarán.









Es importante cuidarse, observar el organismo y revisar que la "máquina funcione"...Lo que nos sucede, siempre está representado en nuestro cuerpo y salud.

Es así, que decidí comenzar a tratar esta alergia y como quien no quiere la cosa, dejar de preocuparme por cosas pequeñas, como el qué dirán...¿Les pasa eso??

y, en lo que respecta al weekend look, les cuento que he visto que se están poniendo de moda las cazadoras-chaquetas tipo biker, o las bomber , en cuero-piel color tiza o blanco...

• Bueno, la mía, es de corte recto, sin elásticos en la cintura, es de gabardina y la adoro!! (aquí la verán y aquí )
• La combiné con una camisa blanca, bien suelta y con cuello de camisa, (la otra que tengo es cuello mao, y no me agrada tanto)
• unos jeans azul -celeste oscuro, 
• zapatos de otros "emotional rescue" y 
• un super collar, al que decidí alargarlo un poco más.

Love by everybody, friday has arrived!
I do not know what plans do you have in mind.
But in mine plan..  i should include a little entertainment , leisure , fun and relaxation!
Today , I have a good reason to have fun and be happy ... I am finally winning the battle to a horrible allergy chasing me for years ...
finally insignificant things , particle size, no longer affect me .

It is important to take care , observe the body and check that the " machine work " ...

But, talking about the weekend look ,  I have seen that everybody is wearing fashionable jackets - biker jackets type , bomber , leather or chalk - white skin ...

Well, mine is straight cut Elastic waist is gabardine (here and here) and I adore it!
I combined it with a well loose and shirt collar , white shirt ( the one that I have is mandarin collar , and I do not like too much)

a dark blue - light blue jeans , shoesfrom, another "emotional rescue" and a super necklace, I decided to extend it a little more.

jaja! ¡¿¿y la moto??jajajaja!

WEEKEND LOOK: ALL BLACK - LOOK DEL FIN DE SEMANA: TODO NEGRO

"All Black". No me refiero a los rugbiers...Hay días,en que vemos todo negro, 

pero debajo de todo eso, aparece el color, como en el look de hoy, un refrescante dúo blanquirojo, que todo lo mejora.

Esta semana, no fue de las mejorcitas, bueno, en algunos aspectos ,lo fue SI.

Y ya se termina...asi que, fuera oscuridad, y vamos por muchos días coloridos!

 Sometimes we see all black, but underneath all of that, the color appears, as in the look of today, a refreshing white& red  duo, everything improves.
This week was not the best, well, in some ways, it was YES.
And so it ends ... outside darkness, and go for lots of colorful days!

No soy una black lover...es un color que  siempre lo dejo como última opción, 

pero en este caso, viendo que tenía este pantalón de Zara (prácticamente sin usar) y quién sabe desde hace cuántos años...pensé que sería bueno darle el ok y comenzar a usarlo.

Seriamente, estoy pensando en achicarlo, en las piernas...jajajaja! alguna vez enseñé mi técnica aquí.

• Hoy, lo combiné con 2 camisetas de tirantes, una roja y la otra blanca y una camisa DIY, que ya conocen bien. bolso tipo Birkin (gracias, Ma!) , collar de púas y sandalias gigantes.

I'm not a lover ... black is a color that always leave it as a last option,
but in this case, seeing that I had this Zara trousers (practically unused) and who knows since how many years ... I thought it would be good to give the ok and start using it.
Seriously, I'm thinking shrink iton the legs ... hahaha! once I showed my technique here.

• Today, I combined 2 tank tops, one red and the other white and DIY shirt, already well known.

El color, lo ponen las charlas con amigos, la familia, los abrazos y las risas de los más chiquitos.

La vida es cambio, a veces nos sacamos buena nota y otras, nos va mal en el exámen.

pero al final, siempre se puede aprender...
